Schoooool’s out
for the summer…but we have one last surprise for our students. Hidden among
bookshelves and desks, you have a final art project to complete. So, pick up
those crayons and markers, and march to our event in June. A little snip here,
a little brushstroke there, and a smattering of color everywhere will bring you
through a full 5-course lecture with graffEats and Silver.Spoon Guerilla
Dining, coming all the way from Copenhagen for this adventure. Our drink
pairings may even break some school policies and contain alcohol. Oh my!
We also have the
pleasure of having Johan Flyvbjerg – of Ruby Cocktail Bar (DK) fame – who
decided to spend his summer vacation shaking up some cocktails with us.
Whether you
graduated this year or 20 years ago, come kick off the summer with Summer
School (June 23rd & 24th).
